I started B Carers in 2001, with a clear vision to enforce and uplift the supply standards. My purpose was to establish an elite high end service to meet the needs of supplying temporary Staff.
We specialise in supplying staff in an emergency and at short notice. We pride ourselves on being able to solve staffing problems at any given time.
I am a highly motivated and experienced Health and Social Care Manager with over 20 years experience in the care industry. I have a proven track record of success in running and managing an Employment Agency.
My qualifications consists of NVQ Level 4 Care Management and RMA- Registered Managers Award. I have hands on experience as a relief warden for older residents within supported living. Prior to that I worked as an out of hours On Call co-ordinator for a national company. My role was to provide a backup telephone service to all Clients and Nurses while on call. My previous experience has equipped me to carry out my management responsibilities within B Carers. I have excellent admin skills, a thorough and precise approach to projects, a good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes and extensive experience liaising with clients.
I am passionate about providing caring and compassionate staff. This is evident through the quality of our workers who provide an excellent service to all new and existing clients.
I joined as HR Manager at B Carers Ltd in 2013. My job is to implement the company’s recruitment selection policy. I talk people through their applications, why they want to work in care and make sure they know the realities of being a Temporary Worker. I make sure our staff are fully trained and are well prepared for frontline work. I have a number of other roles that include producing a monthly newsletter.
I joined B Carers in October 2006 with the remit to implement a new computerised accounting and payroll system. My role is to maintain all financial records, producing year end accounts ready for the accountants and completing the tasks necessary for payroll year end. I deal with any financial queries that clients may have and will happily explain to employees any issues they have with their pay. We work very much as a team, frequently reviewing our systems in order to maintain a high level of accuracy. Attention to detail is key to achieving our goal.

I joined B Carers in December 2008 as a Care Worker having been a senior Support Worker for a local company. I have 15 years experience within the Care Industry.
In 2011 I joined B Carers office team where my natural ability to organize came into good use.
My responsibilities include managing incoming shifts and reminding staff daily of their duties. I have been known to cover the occasional shift myself, when needed. I also deal with any client queries, assisting with wages and generally keep the office running smoothly.
